These terms apply when you use AccessRadar's website scanning service, including the free scan, the paid report, and the monitoring subscription.

About AccessRadar

AccessRadar is an automated web accessibility scanning service. It checks websites against WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA — the technical standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and Germany's BFSG.

No certification, no guarantee

AccessRadar performs automated scanning only. Automated tools reliably detect roughly a third of WCAG success criteria; the rest require human review. A scan result, score, or report from AccessRadar is not a certification of accessibility compliance, and does not guarantee that your website meets any legal requirement, including the EAA or BFSG. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

The free scan

Scanning a single page and viewing the full results — score, risk level, issue counts, and sample findings — is free and does not require an account or email address.

The paid report and monitoring subscription

The full report (€49, one-off) and the monitoring subscription (€19/month or €190/year per site) are described on our pricing page. Payments, once available, are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing and payment data; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, this right ends once we begin generating your report, provided you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs for scanning that you own or otherwise have the right to test. You may not use AccessRadar to disrupt our service or any third-party website.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of scan results or reports is excluded. This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law

AccessRadar is directed primarily at business customers — for example, shop and website owners — rather than private consumers, though private individuals are not prevented from using the free scan or purchasing a report.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection you are afforded by any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, which continue to apply.
