This page explains what data AccessRadar processes when you use the free scan, and your rights under the GDPR.

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: Jelena Ristic, Mose Pijade 33, Backi Jarak, Republic of Serbia, jelena@jroagency.com.

What we process when you run a free scan

Running a free scan involves the following data:

  • The website URL you submit for scanning
  • Your IP address, used only to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse of the scan
  • The scan results (score and findings) generated for that URL, stored so the results can be shown to you

Legal basis

We process this data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (to perform the scan you requested) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of a free, unauthenticated service).

Optional email summary

AccessRadar does not currently ask for or store your email address anywhere on this site. A planned "email me this summary" feature will only be built with its own separate consent, and this policy will be updated before it launches.

Data processors

We use the following processors to run this service, each under a data processing agreement. All of them currently store and process data within the EU:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts the AccessRadar web application, deployed in the Frankfurt, Germany data center (Vercel region fra1).
  • Neon — hosts the Postgres database that stores scan results; located in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH — runs the server that performs the accessibility scan itself; located in Falkenstein, Germany.

International transfers

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

Retention

We currently retain scan data while we finalize an automatic deletion schedule for older, unclaimed scans. This section will be updated once a fixed retention period is set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority
